In mid-January 2026, Universal Innovations & Industrial Ltd had the pleasure of partnering with TotalEnergies Ahero to execute a comprehensive restoration of the building. This wasn’t just about repairs; it was about Total’s commitment to providing a premium environment for both their staff and the travellers who stop by every day.
A Unified Approach to the Whole Building
Because TotalEnergies views the customer experience as a single journey, we didn’t just focus on the shop. We looked at the entire operational hub, including the main station office, the Bonjour shop, and the storage facilities. By addressing the whole building at once, we ensured a seamless, professional look across every corner of the site.
The Scope of Work: Refining the Details
Our team worked diligently to handle a variety of upgrades designed to enhance the station’s durability and aesthetic.
Interior & Exterior Refresh: To keep the station looking vibrant, we applied a fresh coat of high-quality paint across the entire building. This ensures the station remains a bright, welcoming landmark for motorists in Ahero.
Functional Upgrades: In the washroom area, we replaced the existing door with a newly fabricated, custom-welded steel door. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference in terms of security and longevity for public facilities.
Precision Flooring & Tiling: High foot traffic means the floors have to be perfect. We replaced individual tiles and repaired store flooring to ensure a smooth, safe surface for everyone.
Organized Retail & Storage: We restored and stabilized shelving units in both the shop and the store, ensuring that Total’s products are displayed exactly as they should be.
